ProbearingTools.com aims to be a customer friendly organization that is easy to do business with and works with customers to resolve issues and understand the customer's unique requirements and circumstances.

Payment:  Standard payments are made by secure credit card transaction on the website and paid in advance of shipment.  Accounts with credit terms can be setup to meet the needs of customers.  We can provide formal quotations and accept orders via purchase order.  Terms will be based on the circumstances of the order and customer credit worthiness. 

Refund Policy: For stock product shipped from Professional Bearing Tools within 30 days of purchase, there is no restocking fee and no questions.  For product shipped direct from the manufacturer, any restocking fees and return policies of the manufacturer are extended to the purchase.  Funds will be returned to the same form of payment used when purchasing.  Product must be in like new resalable condition in the original packaging and will be inspected prior to issuing a refund.  Return shipment is the responsibility of the customer unless there was an error made in shipping the correct product.  For items that are shipped at no cost, the cost of the outgoing shipping will be reduced from the total funded amount.

Warranty:  All warranties associated with products purchased from Probearingtools.com are the extension of the manufacturer's warranty.  Probearingtools.com will assist in processing warranty requests and work with the manufacturer to resolve the issue.  Should the manufacturer approve the warranty claim, a replacement product will be provided or a refund issued.
