Kukko 30-30+B Universal 3-jaw puller with long hydraulic spindle and quick adjusting jaws
For pulling particularly tight bearings, gears, discs, etc.
Description
- Grease hydraulics.
- Standard pulling hook with quick adjusting jaws using thumb screws.
- Parallel pulling hooks in every position, even with full load.
Advantage
- Easy and even pulling for particularly tight parts.
- A manual adjustment knurl allows rapid loosening and adjusting of the extractor jaws on the cross-beam without using a wrench.
- Optional conversion to various jaw types for mechanical use.
External Pulling Max. Diameter - 13 3/4"
Internal Pulling Range - 7 1/8" to 17 3/8"
Pulling Reach - 7 7/8"
Pulling Force - 11 tons
How it works
- The puller must be positioned centrally for center shafts. If the shaft is not sitting centrally, the parts can be removed asymmetrically with pullers with parallel pulling hooks.
- Assembly instructions for the hydraulic spindle: 1. Loosen the side screw and unscrew the cap from the spindle body.
- Screw the spindle body into the cross-beam from below until the spindle body sticks out of the cross-beam by approx. 60 mm.
- Before use, check whether the pressure spindle is screwed far enough out of the cap so that the hydraulic piston is located in the initial position in the hydraulic cylinder.
- Operating the upper spindle using the torque wrench will provide the force required for pulling.
